Weekly Meetings: The third Wednesday of each month is dedicated to Club Assembly at which Club business is discussed and Club committees meet. Speakers are generally invited to present to the Club membership on the remaining Wednesdays.
Board of Directors Meetings: The Board of Directors meets at the Westchester Marriott at 11:00 every 3rd Wednesday unless determined otherwise by the President. Board meetings are open to all members.
Annual Membership Meeting: An annual meeting of the club is held on the third Wednesday of January, unless otherwise determined by the board. Officers and directors for the following fiscal year are elected at the Annual Meeting.
Committee Meetings: Committee members generally meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at Club Assembly or when otherwise determined by the Committee chairman.
